Ashley was delivered 2 months prior to her due date, and she weighed only 2 lbs 8 oz. In the course of a month, she was in the ICU. On Christmas Day the family was informed that she'd need to have heart operation. Christmas Day brought answers to her prayers after doctors informed her parents she was born with an open heart. Ashley was not required to undergo any operations. Within two months of hospitalization her weight was just 4 1/2 lbs when she was released. The girl is now in good health. She has English, German and Irish ancestry. Her mother is Irish. Her acting debut was in an advertisement in 2002 for Salon Surprise Barbie Doll from 2002. Ashley's professional career took off when The Ford Modeling Agency approached her aged 8. She is consistent and stays with the Agency. When she was 10 She decided she would pursue acting. Ashley was able to do over 35 commercials. Then she moved on to the stage. Ashley became a full-time acting. Ashley has given her complete focus to the field of acting. Dancing and modeling have been left behind. Ashley's last role on ABC Family Pretty Little Liars was as "Hanna Marin". Ashley had a small appearance in Romeo's (aka Lil Romeo's) music video "True Love" that was performed by Solange along with Romeo Miller. Britney was photographed with Ashley in Vogue Magazine. In the NLT music video of "That Girl" She is featured.
